After her first successful rune crafting, Hazel proceeded to make more Stones of Strengthening. This was to not only perfect her inscribing skills but also to test out the capabilities of her enchanted stones in combat. She made a total of ten stones of strengthening before putting them in her storage bracelet.
Satisfied with her work, Hazel then moved on to the next phase of her plan. Her eyes turned to the sky, quickly noticing the sun slowly descending upon the horizon. Seeing that, she realized that it was almost time to begin her plan. With that in mind, she cleaned up her little mess with the help of telekinesis and stored all of her belongings in her bracelet.
Once everything was tidy and more or less spotless, she marched over to the door and left the rooftop of the Jetport building. Instead of stopping on the third floor, Hazel descended all the way to the first floor. This was because the people she needed to meet were all on the first floor. She was able to know this through one of her Astral Eyes that was stationed on that floor.
Leaving the stairs, she made her way over to the entrance, where she soon encountered Zoe, Kane, Anais, and the three members of the Battle Breakers Guild. They were just about to leave the building when Zoe caught sight of Hazel approaching them out of the corner of her eye.
"Ah, Hazel," The knight said with a small grin. "Are you getting ready to depart for your mission as well?"
Hazel nodded. "I am. My mother already told me about the recent sightings of the Orcs, so I plan to start my investigation there."
In order to make her plan look authentic, Hazel needed to make it look like she was taking this mission seriously, which was why she asked her mother about the recent sightings of the Orcs that attacked the players. She did this, in case Dolk wasn't convinced about Hazel's involvement, and tried to send out a spy to observe her.
Plus, she was also curious about the situation and wanted to check it out herself. There was also the fact that she could easily handle the situation on her own without much issue, and she'd be able to finish the job and head straight for the hospital right after. Of course, there was the issue of her knowing if and when Dolk attempted to ambush Zoe and the others during the meeting, so she would need eyes on that location.
Unfortunately, her Astral eyes have a range limit of around a thousand meters or so. While that seemed large, it wasn't large enough for her to keep an eye on Zoe's meeting at the hospital while she was still within the Valiant Guild's territory. Especially when the sightings of the Orcs were located in the opposite direction of the hospital.
Because of that, she needed another method to observe the meeting while she was away. Thankfully, she had a pretty good idea for that. And thankfully, it was nighttime.
Putting that aside for now, Hazel resumed her conversation with Zoe.
"So, how long do you guys think you'll be gone?"
Kane shrugged. "Not sure. A couple of hours, maybe? Depends on how good our trip is."
"There are a lot of things that we will need to go over," Anais explained calmly. "But we shouldn't be long."
"Well, that's good. I should be back soon from dealing with those Orcs in no time, too."
This conversation was nothing more than an act. One to convince any spies that were lingering within the Valiant Guild and currently observing them right now. Once their conversation was over, Hazel knew that one of the spies would attempt to inform Dolk about what was happening, giving them the cue to initiate whatever their plan was.
As of now, Hazel was in control of this situation. And she planned to keep it that way for as long as possible. If Dolk acted as she predicted and there were no unexpected surprises that could turn her plan on its head, everything should go exactly the way she wanted it to.
According to Astrid, Dolk would likely attempt to ambush Zoe's group along with the members of the battle breakers. Not only that, but he would also likely attempt to rescue Olga as well, likely sending more dark elves to infiltrate the base and try and sneak her out.

Little did Dolk know, instead of doing the ambushing, they were the ones who were going to be ambushed. And Hazel was going to make sure that happened.
...
"The meeting is tonight," Dolk announced to his other companions who stood before him.
Once again, all of them were on the roof, using this spot as their little meeting area. Upon making this declaration, Frode was the first to speak up.
"Where is it being held?"
"According to our sources and from what Olga could put together, the Valiant Guild was planning to have their meeting with the Battle Breakers Guild at the same hospital where she was caught."
"That place?" Egil crossed his arms with a huff. "Why would they go there?"
"I would say it's because they know the building since they've been there before," Dagny suggested. "It would be better to have a meeting in a place you know rather than one you don't."
"Oh...that makes sense."
"So, who's going to the meeting?" Frode asked, getting down to business.
Because this was a great opportunity to take down both guilds during this meeting, Frode and the other two dark elves were curious about who Dolk was going to choose to go there.
"Egil and I are going to the meeting along with some of our members to go do the ambush," Dolk declared. "Meanwhile, Frode and Dagny will be heading to the Valiant Guild's base and rescue Olga."
"Alright, then!" Egil smiled while clashing his fists together enthusiastically. "When do we leave then?"
"As soon as we're done with the meeting. Before that," He turned to Frode and Dagny. "You two need to know what you'll be getting into. While the guild leader and her strong companions will be going to the meeting, you will still be running into Astrid along with several other players who could pose a problem."
Although most of the guild's strongest players were going to be gone, that didn't mean their rescue mission was any easier. If anything, they still had plenty of hurdles to overcome before they could get to Olga and get her out.
"So, aside from rescuing Olga, you'll also be causing a bit of trouble to put their base in a state of chaos."
"Like what?" Dagny chimed in.
"Using some guild members and staging a siege on their base. Of course, this is only a cover to divert all the guilds over to where the commotion was happening so you could sneak in and get Olga out of there."
"Our members will likely die or get captured during the siege," Frode stated. "Will that be alright?"
"If possible, try to get them out, but if it's too much trouble, then put yourselves in danger. They knew what they signed up for, so it'll be on them."
"What about the Witch?" Dagny added. "From what we learned, the Valiant Guild has a powerful player on their side who can fly and hurl curses at her enemies."
While they were gaining intel from their spies, Dagny and the other dark elves learned about the existence of a player called The Veiled Witch. According to their sources, this player was a powerful individual who took down the Spider Queen on her own. And from what their spies stated, the spider queen was likely a Boss-level creature, meaning this witch was strong enough to face one without any form of assistance from the other players.
Not even the Knight and Guild Leader of the Valiant Guild, Zoe Callahan, participated in the battle against the Spider Queen, and that was from Zoe herself that stated this. Knowing the existence of this player, Dagny was hesitant to try and rescue Olga.
"The witch is currently leaving the base to investigate a matter concerning the recent sightings of Orcs," Frode explained. "Of course, since she and Astrid are clearly companions, according to Olga, once the siege begins, she would likely head back to the base and help her and the rest of the guild. Because the force for the siege isn't large, we won't be able to do much against her, so our best shot is to get out as fast as possible once we've rescued Olga."
This was the best course of action for them. At the moment, they were not prepared to take on a powerful enemy like the Veiled Witch. Even if all of the dark elves and the rest of their guild fought against her, they still wouldn't have a chance of winning.
Dolk nor the others knew how Astrid even encountered such a player, but knew that dwelling on it wasn't going to help them.
"Like Frode said, to avoid getting caught by the witch, grab Olga and get out of there as soon as possible, you understand?"
Frode and Dagny nodded, acknowledging their orders. Once everyone knew their objectives, the dark elves then left the rooftop of their building to prepare for both the Meeting ambush and the Siege/rescue mission at the Valiant Guild's base.
...
Soaring through the sky on the backs of Griffons, Runa and Tine made their way toward the city of Portland as displayed on the map. In the distance, the two elves saw a city come into view before them.
"Look, Tine," Runa pointed at the city they were flying toward. "That must be Portland and the Port town from our world."
Tine squinted her eyes to get a better look before confirming her companion's words. "You're right. After around a day or so, we finally made it, huh?"
Runa nodded. "Now we can fulfill our Lord's request."
"Yeah," Tine muttered while staring at the city. "Now all we have to do is search for our lord's family members, Hazel and Evelyn Thatcher."
The elves calmly stared at the city in the distance, knowing what their next moves were. Little did they know, they were closer to their targets than either of them realized.
