The Paranoid Elf Queen Turned Me Into Her Sister

Ch. 104

104 – She's Definitely an S

How can this be...?

Feeling the tremor pass from her arm, Felicia stared in stunned disbelief at the blonde girl before her, who now met her gaze head-on.

Those emerald eyes shone with a razor-sharp brilliance—so intense that, in just that moment, Teresa’s entire presence felt utterly transformed.

What happened...??

A flicker of confusion passed through Felicia’s eyes. Just moments ago, Teresa had shown no remarkable skill in close combat. Whether it was exerting force or absorbing it, she had appeared clumsy—rigid in her moves, barely recalling her techniques, and showing only a shallow understanding of swordplay.

Not a complete beginner, but certainly not masterful.

And now? This smooth, fluid deflection—this master-level sword technique—was like facing a completely different person.

Her greatsword had been deftly redirected, sliding harmlessly off the surface of Teresa’s knight sword, as if there were no friction at all.

She couldn’t control her swing. The result: she overextended, and her stance faltered.

Yaline had believed breaking Teresa’s bow would be enough—that it was her weakness, and she’d lose her combat power without it.

Little did she know: the bow had been Teresa’s seal.

When it shattered, the second half of [Sanctuary of Sacred Wood] had activated.

All of her archery techniques were converted into mastery of the blade.

In a battle between evenly matched opponents, even the smallest mistake could be catastrophic.

Seeing Felicia stumble, Teresa wasn’t about to let the opportunity slip. Her radiant knight sword shot out like a beam of light tearing through the sky, aiming straight for the vulnerable white skin of Felicia’s throat.

Off-balance, Felicia couldn't steady herself in time—BANG!

The light sword carried not only Divine Authority but also raw physical power.

Nine-star Divine Authority resistance combined with non-movement-based immunity to physical damage did make her nearly invincible...

But Felicia’s physical defense was lacking—and Teresa had exploited that perfectly.

The knight sword pierced her throat. Felicia’s talisman cracked with fine fractures, and searing pain bloomed in her neck, making her feel like her throat was burning.

Even so, it wasn’t enough to incapacitate her.

In fact, tasting physical pain for the first time only made Felicia more excited.

Her metal-heeled knight boots dug shallow cracks into the ground. She steadied her stance, and with a fierce burst of energy, began swinging her greatsword with overwhelming might—each slash stirring wind and flinging stone and dust.

She didn’t know what effect had triggered on Teresa. But faced with a stronger enemy, her excitement only grew.

She had lost the opening exchange—but now her attacks were even more brutal.

What she failed to consider, however, was that combat was not always a straightforward clash of blades.

Silently, Teresa pulled a vial of pure white liquid from her waist, detached the syringe cap, and lobbed it behind her.

SNAP!

“Ugh!” Blinding white light engulfed Felicia’s vision. She clutched at her eyes with one hand, swinging her sword wildly with the other—and completely missed.

Teresa, standing with her back to the flash, was affected too—but much less so.

Those so-called ‘trash’ items she got from log-ins and gacha pulls? Finally useful.

Shielded by the light, Felicia was utterly blind. Disoriented, she had no idea which direction Teresa even was.

CRACK CRACK!

Suddenly, she did hit something—but it didn’t seem like Teresa...

A crisp shattering noise rang out—not the sound of a talisman breaking, but something more like... glass.

BOOM BOOM BOOM!!

A roaring alchemical flask detonated, blasting Felicia off her feet.

“Ugh!”

Like a beached carp, she flailed for a moment before her vision recovered—just in time to take another flashbang right to the face.

To her credit, Felicia’s combat instincts were excellent. She knew once she was blinded, flailing around wouldn’t help. She stood her ground, unmoving—at least that way, she could avoid physical attacks.

But now that Teresa had swordsmanship from her Domain’s second effect, she didn’t need to rely on sword-to-sword. Besides, the only reason she’d landed a hit earlier was because Felicia underestimated her.

Now that Felicia was alert, winning in close-quarters would be much harder. Worse, the risks were one-sided.

If Teresa stabbed Felicia, she might barely feel it. But if Felicia landed a hit... Teresa would be done.

So the safest tactic now...

“Sorry about this, Felicia,” Teresa whispered, knowing what she was about to do was morally dubious. She pressed her hands together in mock apology—then pulled another flashbang off her leg and chucked it at Felicia’s face before turning away.

SNAP!

Felicia, whose vision had just returned, was greeted by yet another blast of white.

“Nggh!...”

She was practically numb from all the flashes by now. Then came another exploding glass vial right to the face—launching her again.

Teresa now had a flashbang in one hand and a roaring alchemy flask in the other, ripping out safety pins and lobbing them all in Felicia’s direction.

Alchemy potions were expensive—especially offensive ones designed for alchemical strikes.

But Teresa’s second trump card? These freebies from sign-ins and gacha events—ready to be thrown without restraint.

Felicia was furious. She wanted to fight back, but her eyes burned from the light. If she charged blindly, she’d miss. If she stood up, she’d get blown back again.

Frozen. Blasted. Flashbanged. Rinse and repeat.

Even Teresa started to feel guilty watching it unfold—it was such a lowly, scummy tactic.

But guilt was one thing—her hands never stopped moving.

Of all resistance types, Felicia had only one weakness: alchemical attacks.

She could counter magic with movement, physical strikes with stillness—but alchemy? She had to take it all.

Getting bounced around by potions and blinded by constant flashes—Teresa even tried to imagine herself in Felicia’s shoes and felt kind of bad about it.

Felicia’s probably lost her mind by now, she thought.

With that in mind, Teresa only sped up. She was practically a Thousand-Armed Goddess now, hurling every single item she had strapped to her belt.

“Hah... How delightful...”

Felicia let out a ragged gasp, flushed and trembling. “I’m dying to see your face when you lose—miserable, pitiful, and utterly defeated... I bet it’ll be beautiful.”

“???”

Teresa froze.

Okay. She’d definitely underestimated her.

She didn’t know what Felicia was feeling right now—but one thing was clear: it wasn’t anger.

She had thought Felicia was just a bold and slightly improper knight... but now...

Her impression of Her Highness Felicia subtly shifted.

She may not have romantic feelings for Astrid. But she was definitely...

A total sadist.
