Mage Legend

Chapter 707: Legends and the Legends in Legends Chapter Twenty-Six Confrontation_3

"Kuziman, aren't your buttocks cold?" Lynch smiled with arms crossed, his Powerful Wand floating beside him. He laughed softly, "In such cold weather, it's a wonder you can stick it up so high!"

The apprentice in the snow pile was in fact Kuziman, the disguised Great Mage, who used the Thunder Cloud Storm, an attack from above spell, to confuse Lynch's vision. At the moment he was discovered, a dark purple light shot out from the snow pile, heading straight for Lynch's forehead.

"Magic Reversal!" The Powerful Wand shifted from one side of his body to the other, a silver-white shield blocking in front of Lynch. The black ray paused slightly, then immediately turned back, hitting the newly risen Great Mage Kuziman.

This instant-death spell known as "Death Finger" did not harm Kuziman at all; instead, his body grew larger and even more energetic. He immediately smashed a gemstone onto the ground with a strong shout, "Magic Statue Summoning!"

A silver-white statue covered in magic runes appeared between Lynch and Kuziman, emitting intense white light from its hands and mouth, while at its feet, ice blocks continuously formed amid a forceful whirlwind. This creature was a Secret Silver Magic Statue, immune to all spells and possessing extraordinary melee capabilities. Now it seemed that this magic statue could use elemental power while immune to magic, enhancing its destructive force and mobility.

"Lynch, you can't defeat my magic statue!" Kuziman shouted, "And besides, you can't defeat me!"

Lynch smiled, but there was no humor in his cold eyes. Kuziman found himself unable to escape from those mirror-like eyes, seeing only scenes of his demise reflected back at him. Annoyed, he waved his hand forward, commanding the magic statue to attack.

"How much Mithril did you use on your statue?" Lynch still stood on the ground, showing no intention of flying to evade. As he slowly raised his hand, an entire wall of the Mage Association also floated up.

The magic statue's footsteps quickened, heavy steps leaving shallow pits filled with ice shards in its wake. Even if there were a thousand troops and horses in front, they could not compare to the statue's imposing presence. Even the Great Magic Tower, which stood for tens of thousands of years, trembled slightly, as if fearing the statue's charge.

Lynch clenched his raised right hand, and the iron wall floating in the air swiftly transformed, enveloped by a golden light. The Creation Law's power turned the iron into Refined Gold. Under immense pressure, the wall twisted into a round mass.

Lynch waved his hand, and the enormous Refined Gold sphere sped towards the magic statue. Kuziman, realizing the danger, immediately commanded his battle puppet to stretch out its arms, either to block or lift the object into the sky.

Lynch wouldn't give him the chance. A fireball exploded behind the sphere, the impact making the massive object even more forceful. The Secret Silver Magic Statue barely slowed before being smashed away by this huge metal ball, like an insect swatted flat, buried in the wreckage of a collapsed building, unable to move again.

"Smart and decisive!" Kuziman squinted his eyes, not angered by the recent failure, but instead laughed shrilly. He raised his own Great Mage's Wand high: "But your capabilities end here. Cleverness gives you an advantage, but not victory! What means do you have to defeat me?"

"I..." Lynch just started speaking when a giant force field fist rushed towards his heart. Kuziman wanted to make Lynch speak, dividing his attention. And his specialty, Evocation Spells, would take this time to attack.

"I naturally have a way to deal with you." Lynch raised his left fist, muttering words. Under the astonished eyes of other mages, Lynch launched his Refined Gold left hand towards the force field fist. With just a dull thud, Lynch was unharmed, while the fist veered off, flying back towards its user.

Kuziman quickly retreated, his body sliding backward in midair. His Impact Punch left a large pit in front of him, sand and stones flying, obscuring his view. As he tried to erect a wall of fire to somewhat slow the opponent's advance, Lynch, stepping on the flying debris, dashed over the smoke-filled pit, appearing in front of Kuziman.
