Honestly, although I had previous experience, making the beginning of this book slightly more appealing without so many issues, I still fell into the old habit of a slow plot.

Those who have stuck around from the first chapter should be used to my somewhat verbose and detailed writing style by now (feeling guilty...)

This book set up a lot of concepts early on, and I'm sure everyone has noticed: Death God Sequence, Cyberpunk Nest City, Technology Prosthetic, Talents, Tower inhabitants... and Youyou's claws.

Every concept, if fully expanded, could be written (watered down) into hundreds of chapters, maybe even more, because the plot holes later on are indeed vast, and almost all can trace their roots.

This is actually my old habit too: I love digging a bunch of holes early on and then slowly filling and explaining them in the middle.

But this is also considered my strength. Readers familiar with me know I never forget the holes I dig; I basically fill all of them.

This book wants to write about a lot, from Youyou's personal revenge to the secrets of the Death God Sequence, then to the rise and fall of Nest City's society, and the vast tide of civilization. But at the end of the day, the main focus is still to showcase this world in my mind from Youyou's perspective.

Yun You is one of my favorite protagonists. She's playful and lively, not losing the energy a young girl should have. She speaks with a bit of mischievousness and even a touch of madness, her whole being is one of a cheerful girl. Yet, she carries a heavy burden and a target for revenge, her emotions are quite complex, making it somewhat deep to write.

But no matter what, Youyou's essence is not bad. She is not a rotten tomato, but a slightly sour little apple. Her thinking might not be "straight," but it definitely won't lean towards "pure evil."

Her psychological changes, her path to becoming stronger, are the fundamental storyline of this book.

Ahem, it might have been a bit wordy, but since so many setups have already been laid early on, and everyone has seen this much, I won't arbitrarily change the writing style. I'll stick to the pace that's most comfortable for me and for everyone to read.

Expanding from a corner of Youyou's story into the colorful society of Nest City, and understanding the operation of this world from its roots, I hope to bring everyone an exciting reading experience.

Regarding the battle system, the power setup in this book is definitely not monotonous. Talents, Sequence Abilities, Weapon Prosthetics, Chips, each can be played with in various ways. Theoretically, things will become more exciting the further it goes, and I also promise everyone that no matter what, this book will continue to be written.

In short, in the days to come, I hope everyone continues to support!

Seeking initial subscriptions, your encouragement is the biggest support for me!
