Just as everyone was eagerly waiting, an unexpected change occurred.

Rays of dazzling magic light seeped out from the tower, like imprisoned elves eagerly trying to break free from confinement.

Immediately following, these lights grew stronger, converging into a rainbow-hued magic radiance that burst forth like brilliant fireworks.

This radiance rapidly spread, enveloping the entire Mage Tower, and transformed into a thick and dazzling beam of light shooting straight up into the sky, illuminating the entire city.

The whole of Jonas City was overwhelmed by this sudden sight.

Whether busy merchants, playing children, or mages hurrying along, all were captivated by this spectacular scene, their eyes filled with awe.

Even at a distance, they could feel the terrifying power contained within that beam of light.

Gathering before the Mage Tower, the mages were caught off guard by this sudden upheaval.

The powerful magic waves emitted by the rainbow-hued magic radiance swept over them like raging tides, causing a dizzying loss of direction.

The sensation was akin to being inside a constantly spinning vortex, where everything around became blurred and indistinct.

Some younger mages, overwhelmed by the intense magic impact, began to sway uncontrollably, stumbling and eventually falling to the ground.

Their faces mirrored terror as they struggled to get back up, only to be knocked down repeatedly by the dizziness.

As for those stronger mages, though they managed to stand their ground with experience and profound magic skill, their faces too were marked with seriousness.

They could feel the terrifying strength erupting from the Mage Tower!

Involuntarily, they held deeper awe for the leader of the Source of All Magic, Lis Kain, the All Things Dominator.
