[Description: The dreamscale dragon is a small dragon covered in soft glowing scales that are rumored to change depending on the dreamscale dragon's environment, while its wings are translucent. Making them difficult to spot while making the dreamscale dragon look almost like it's wearing a thin veil from a distance.

The abilities of a dreamscale dragon are considered unique among dragons, as it isn't particularly powerful. Instead, having the unique ability to enter the dreams of sleeping beings.

Why a dreamscale dragon enters dreams and what it gains from this is unknown. Scholars have attempted to research the dreamscale dragon to find out but find themselves helpless when it comes to finding these unique dragons, as while they lack power, they can freely move between the dreamscape and the material plane.

Dreamscale dragons are not native to any specific region or environment and can be found wandering dreams of creatures across the world. This does not mean the dreamscale dragon is easy to find, as it is still an incredibly rare type of dragon. Far harder to see compared to the Sky Dragons.]

Finding her attention fully captivated by the fourth evolution available to her, Scaly could not help blinking her eyes in surprise as she read through the extensive description of this unique evolution.

To say it interested her would be an understatement, as it was clear that this wasn't a so-called young dragon evolution, but instead a full-blown adult dragon evolution. Even if not particularly powerful, it was still an adult dragon, something that would at least require her to reach level 30 if she went through with the second young tempest dragon evolution.

Not to mention, the requirements of the evolution also gave her a clear understanding of just how powerful this evolution was

The magic requirement was terrifying and together with the dragon blood purity, she was sure that this should be the strongest evolution amidst the ones she had encountered so far. Even if it was clear that it should be somewhat lacking when it came to physical strength, she didn't worry too much about this, as her strongest suit had always been her powerful magic.

Not to mention, even if the evolution lacked powerful melee combat abilities, she could still make up for that with her already powerful physique and sharp claws. At most, she would have to put a little more focus in to increasing the level of her dragon claw strike… Although… Her dragon claw strike had already managed to reach level 8. So, it should be more than powerful enough to support her even if she ended up with an evolution that had no real melee combat abilities…

Shaking her head a bit as she thought about this predicament, Scaly decided to make the dreamscale dragon evolution her number one priority for now before turning her attention back towards the evolution interface. Curious about whether she would encounter another equally powerful evolution that would allow her to skip the young dragon title and directly step into the realm of a fully grown dragon.

[Description: A lizard who tasted dragon blood, the dragon slaying lizard is amongst the strongest of lizard kind, having killed a creature with a strong dragon bloodline that allowed it to undergo this unique evolution. In terms of size alone, the dragon slaying lizard rivals even adult dragons and is often mistaken for the wingless earth dragon.

Strength wise, the dragon slaying lizard is no weaker than an adult dragon after reaching level 35 and above, but because of the unique requirements for the evolution, the dragon slaying lizard that could be considered common in the past when more dragons roamed the world, can now be considered far rarer than dragons themselves]

Not knowing what to say when she was faced with this kind of unique evolution, Scaly could only stare helplessly at the evolution interface in front of her. Not knowing what to say. Stopping herself from continuing any further down the list that seemed to go on forever after she noticed a clear lack of viable evolution as the entire list seemed to fill up with lizard-related evolutions, Scaly went back to the original few evolutions at the top that had caught her attention.

First, the next stage of the young tempest dragon evolution that would take her one step closer to becoming an adult tempest dragon, a dragon species that was undoubtedly far more powerful than that of a normal dragon evolution.

Next was the young sky dragon evolution, but after further thought, she decided against picking this evolution as it was nowhere near as strong as she wanted it to be. Only really seeming like it would be able to allow her to fly faster and without having to rely on wind magic, something that she already expected to happen after completing this evolution by staying as a dragon with wings.

After all, it wasn't wrong for her to think that her wings would grow after going through another evolution. On the other hand, it was considered expected for her wings to grow larger after going through her fifth evolution. Making her confident that she should be able to fly without having to rely on wind magic no matter what dragon evolution she went through, or… If she somehow ended up with the cursed winged lizard evolution.

For the love of everything she held dear, she really prayed that she wouldn't somehow end up with that kind of evolution…

Finally, that left the dreamscale dragon evolution. An evolution that was clearly powerful when it came to magic, while also having a particular unique ability to travel between the material plane that she assumed was where she was now and something called the dreamscape.

Although she had no idea what this dreamscape was, she found herself interested in it, as it might provide her with another place to hunt monsters in the future after she ran out of powerful monsters to hunt down inside the dungeon.

Between the dreamscale dragon and the second evolutionary state of the young tempest dragon, the choice didn't take long for her to make, as she ended up eagerly focusing her full attention on the fourth choice on interface's list of evolutions available to her…

And with not a single bit of hesitation, she eagerly chose the dreamscale dragon evolution. Feeling a growing sense of excitement and anticipation over how much stronger she would become after going through her fifth evolution and officially going from being a young dragon to being an adult dragon.

Though this new fifth evolution was described as small, it was still a dragon, and she didn't believe that this small would be anywhere near her current size. Already imagining how she would become a splendid dragon after waking up.

In a way, because of the excitement she felt for her upcoming evolution, Scaly didn't even notice the pain that had already started coursing through her body. Only feeling the world around her slowly growing dark, as the familiar sense of drowsiness that she had grown used to happening whenever she went through an evolution, returned.

Thump~

Not fighting this drowsiness, Scaly slowly collapsed on top of the soft comfortable bed that far surpassed anything she had used to sleep in during her past evolutions. Falling into a deep slumber as her body began to undergo earth shattering changes that would have long since overwhelmed her pain resistance if she hadn't been forced into a deep sleep beforehand.
