The Rise of Quetzalcoatl

Chapter 299: School (4)

"Now! The fight between Lucas and Ada shall commence! I will step in if one side is unable to continue!"

Even the teacher was in on this… but after calling my mother a whore… there was no way I was going to let this slide.

The blades that had begun to hone beneath these eyes of mine slowly revealed themselves as the boy in front of me charged, his enhancement skill making his muscles burst and enlarge with power.

His fist was coated in a thick layer of steel that suddenly wrapped around his knuckles… but that was nothing underneath my power.

[Draconic Flame Magic]

Just like in my past life, I created a bow made of my respective element, though instead of ice, it was a nimble green flame that swirled around me.

As I created the arrow and pulled it back, cocking the thing to maximum power, I released it and sent it flying at the boy in front of me.

FWOOSH… BOOOOOM

He attempted to block it by covering his entire body in steel, but that only prevented his death, yet my anger was only enhanced by the adrenaline rushing through my body.

I wanted to kill this person- no, I needed to kill this person… is what I thought to myself.

I quickly dashed forward at the unconscious boy who was plastered along the dirt ground, nearly burnt to a crisp with smoking skin.

"Th-The battle is over!" The teacher attempted to announce, but I still lunged forward, my flames being sucked back into my body as I wanted him to feel every ounce of the insult he had put towards my mother.

By the time I finished beating down on him, he no longer looked human and was just a giant swollen mass of flesh underneath me.

If it wasn't for the other students and teacher pulling me off of him, he most likely would've died… though that would've been better than being braindead for the rest of his life.

Also, I wasn't nearly done with my resentment as I turned towards his group of his friends, who lightly shrieked upon touching eye contact.

A burst of green flames exploded from my hands and shot a few arrows that the group of two boys and two girls just barely managed to block.

One of them specialized in tanking, and as he lightly smirked upon seeing how he could actually block one of my weakest attacks, I tore my way out of the restraints the teacher had put on me and drew yet another arrow of flames in a newly condensed bow of flames.

Fewwwwwwwwww… BOOOOOOM

It tore through the air, and upon coming in contact with the magical shield produced by the tank, he blew up into a burnt mess, and the others behind shrieked as they stumbled to activate their power stones.

"Hello, Ms. Amana. It's good to see you," The principal said as he got up from his chair to greet my mother, who had a nasty frown on her face.

She didn't even look at me as she entered the room, just displaying how angry or upset she was with me… Well, probably both.

My mother looked at the principal's hand and weakly shook it before sitting down on the chair next to me, presented right in the middle of the room.

It was there almost a shame both of us as a few guards stood in each corner of the room, making sure nothing suspicious happened.

"Mrs. Amana, I have brought you here today to discuss the fact that your child is extremely uncontrollable. While powerful, she can not contain her temperament," The man said before a holographic screen appeared in front of us, displaying what had gone down.

"Hey! Do you even know why I did that-"

"SILENCE!" The principal shouted, and that fat fucking pig almost seemed to smirk lightly as he looked in my direction.

It was obvious he had been paid out by the parents of the people I had beaten up, and just like that, everything in the meeting was in my favor.

Even fake testimonies by the kids I had beaten up were provided as they were wheeled into the room via a wheelchair.

"Now, we were considering expulsion," The principal said, yet my mother just sat there, silent as usual, listening carefully to him. "But, if we receive an apology from both of you, then we shall let her off on a week's suspension. The victim's families would really like an apology," The pig smirked, and just as I was about to lash out again, my mother stood up and bowed.

"I would like to apologize for my daughter's actions. I will be sure to take strict discipline to teach her what was wrong," She muttered before looking at me for the first time since coming in here and then grabbing me by the back of the head.

She yanked me, so I bowed right beside her, and I was shocked by how she was actually lowering her head.

Again, I attempted to refute and speak up, but she quickly cut me off.

"Thank you. I think that was more than enough. Now, please take your exit," The principal said with a sly smile, and as we both exited the main building, she glanced at me.

"W-Why didn't you defend me? Y-You know it's partially their fault, right?"

"*sigh*... What were their last names?"

"W-What do you mean-"

All of a sudden, my mother's face warped into that of an angered expression- no, a disgusted expression.

She was not only disgusted at the "victims" but also at me… so I quickly told her the last names and the rest of the walk back to my dorm was held in extreme silence.
