Rovric and Ragric stood side by side, their eyes locked on the twins.
The ground around them cracked as their mana flared higher than ever before.
Rovric spoke first, his tone calm but filled with pride.
"Congratulations, twins. You both have come a long way. From the weak troublemakers we used to bully... to this."
Ragric smirked faintly, spinning his spear once.
"You've earned yourselves some respect. but don't misunderstand."
Rovric raised his burning sword, wrapping his arms with flame.
"We're still stronger, and now... we'll show you why we are better. Now witness what true skills look like."
Rynar tightened his fists.
"Whatever you've got, bring it on."
Rynor exhaled slowly, lowering his stance.
"We'll still be standing when it's over."
The crowd held its breath.
The arena's temperature climbed as both Ragric's and Rovric's mana twisted the air.
Rovric took one step forward, yelling loudly.
"[Blazing Arc Slash]!"
He swung his sword in a wide arc, a massive crescent of red flame erupting outward, cutting through the air with a roar.
At the same moment, Ragric charged beside him. His lightning flared gold, his body moving in a blur.
"[Piercing Lightning Thrust]!"
He thrust his spear forward, the tip glowing bright as thunder exploded outward.
The combined blast of fire and lightning tore through the arena.
The explosion hit the twins head-on. A wave of fire and thunder swallowed them whole.
The crowd gasped and shielded their eyes from the blinding light.
"Did they… get hit directly!?"
"No one can survive that!"
Smoke filled the center of the arena. For a few seconds, nothing moved.
Then, a faint glow appeared through the haze.
When the smoke cleared, both Rynar and Rynor were still standing.
Their bodies were covered in burns and bruises, their gauntlets cracked, and blood trickled from their lips.
But their eyes were alive, sharp, and burning with defiance.
Rynar wiped his mouth with the back of his hand and grinned.
"That was impressive."
Rynor rolled his shoulder and exhaled, his breathing rough.
"Yeah. Not bad at all. But we're still here."
The entire arena fell silent. Even Rovric and Ragric froze, eyes wide.
"You blocked it?" Rovric muttered.
Ragric lowered his spear slightly, disbelief written on his face.
"They took it head-on…"
Rynar cracked his knuckles, his grin never fading.
"But now, it's our turn."
Rynor's grin widened.
"Yeah. It's time to kick both your asses."
Rovric frowned, his sword still glowing faintly.
"You two can't be serious… You're injured. You can barely stand."
Rynar chuckled, his voice rough but confident.
"You think this is what 'barely standing' looks like? You've got a long way to go."
Rynor lifted his arm, brushing dust from his gauntlet.
"Let me tell you that up until now, we have been holding back. We only use our bodies and let mana passively."
Ragric's expression hardened. "What?"
Rynar smirked, his voice firm. "This time, we're using it actively."
The air shifted instantly.
The ground beneath the twins cracked again as waves of mana spread outward from their bodies.
Garion, watching from above, nodded slightly.
"Finally, they're starting to use what they've built."
Dahlia grinned, her arms crossed.
"About time they stopped playing around."
Back in the arena, both twins stood side by side.
Rynar slowly clenched his fists, his gaze fixed on Rovric and Ragric ahead.
"[Body Reinforcement – Full Activation]."
The air around him trembled.
A heavy pressure spread out from his body as his muscles tightened, veins rising across his arms and neck
Rynor stepped up beside Rynar, tightened both fists, and lowered his stance.
"[Body Reinforcement – Full Activation]."
The ground under him cracked again from pure pressure.
A second pulse burst outward, colliding with Rynar's aura and creating a storm of force between them.
The crowd gasped as the shockwave blew across the stands.
"How's their mana this strong!?"
"It's like fighting walking beasts!"
Rynor exhaled slowly. "Feels heavier than before."
Rynar smirked. "You'll get used to it."
He flexed his arms once more, the sound of his joints cracking echoing through the arena.
His muscles glowed faintly under the layer of mana that wrapped around his skin.
Rynor rolled his neck, testing his balance. "Alright. Time to pay them back."
Rynar nodded. "No more defense. We end it here."
Across from them, Rovric and Ragric could feel the weight pressing down.
Their flames and lightning wavered against the twins' invisible pressure.
Rovric gritted his teeth.
"How can their aura be this strong?"
Ragric frowned, adjusting his grip on the spear.
"That's not cultivation. It's pure madness."
Rynar lifted his arm and pointed at Rovric. "Stop talking and fight."
Rynor's grin returned. "Before your mana runs out."
Rovric growled, fire surging along his blade again. "Don't underestimate us!"
Ragric's spear crackled with thunder. "We'll burn through that arrogance!"
The two Revalis roared together, charging forward.
"[Blazing Arc Slash]!"
"[Piercing Lightning Thrust]!"
Fire and thunder shot forward again, merging in the middle into a blinding storm.
The twins didn't stand still again.
Rynar took one step forward, his gauntlet tightening.
Rynor mirrored him, mana flaring around his legs.
The ground beneath them cracked as both shouted at once.
"[Twin Impact]!"
They moved faster than anyone could follow.
Rynar's right fist slammed into Rovric's chest just as Rynor's kick struck Ragric squarely in the ribs.
BOOM!
A deafening impact shook the arena. The flames vanished. The thunder cut out.
The air pressure burst outward in a violent gust that forced even the elders to raise barriers.
When the dust cleared, Rovric and Ragric were lying on the ground.
Both of them were unconscious, and their weapons were shattered.
The crowd went silent. No one spoke.
Rynar straightened, breathing heavily, blood dripping from his lip.
"Both of you are really strong, but we're now just built different."
Rynor looked down at the fallen opponents, his grin faint but tired.
"Yeah, not only did we train harder than you, but we also suffered more than you two."
The arena erupted in cheers as the twins raised their fists together.
The Revalis Clan's top youths had fallen in one strike.
