Ved spent over two months flying back home. For some reason he had a very ominous feeling so he rushed there at a speed of over 400km/h

Occassionally resting for a while along the way, yet it still took him two whole months. He marvelled at how large this world was.

He was happy to be home, he couldn't wait to see White and the others. However when he entered the spatial dimension, he saw a red cloud hanging above the island.

Right above where the settlement was. He ignored Ursela who came to greet him and flew towards the island as fast as he could.

The first thing he saw was White lying motionless on the burning ground. The entire settlement was in flames and old man Goldi was on his knees with burn marks over his body.

Then he turned his eyes towards the man standing in the air pointing a closed fan at Goldi.

' Human.' was all he thought then he saw red. Rage welled up inside him. His mind was overtaken by the desire to kill the man infront of him.

His bloodline stirred and overpowered his true will. His desire for survival was throw out the window, the only thought in his mind was to kill.

He didn't hesitate, even before he reached the island. He roared, his roar so powerful it shook the skies above and overturned the seas below.

He opened his mouth and purple lightning gathered inside him. He didn't even think about it before firing the bolt.

It cut through the air like a javelin. The world turned purple. A thunderous sound that shook the world followed.

The man noticed his presence but it was too late. The lightning bolt the size of a grown man's arm hit him on the chest even before he could react.

His body flew back like a meteor and crashed on a hill over 40 kilometres away. When he hit the ground the lightning exploded and a wave of purple plasma expanded and disintegrated everything in it path.

The air became super charged around Ved and like metal to magnet, clouds were drawn in. They gathered and condensed around him creating a huge dark thundercloud.

This was not an ability of his at all but a mere byproduct of the purple lightning electrifying up the world around it.

Ved turned his attention to the other human. A woman, her gyroscope enveloped her body and she disappeared before he could even attack her.

Ved was about to lunge at the man again but he heard a small cry of pain below him. He looked down and it was White, the anger in his eyes subsided a little.

He dropped to the ground and stood next to her. He sniffed her and determined that while her wounds were bad, they weren't life threatening, she would heal eventually.

But he was still very angry. The negative image of humans he already had became even worse but he still had hope that good ones existed.

Then he turned his attention towards the humans. Even from this distance he could still see them.

Vermillions POV

Vermillion stood up from the giant crater he was in. His clothes were burnt and had completely disappeared, he covered his body using his flames.

There was a gaping fist sized wound on his chest which still flickered with purple lightning.

His eyes were filled with rage but also a hint of fear, that was the first order extinguishing tribulation lightning.

He couldn't figure out how this beast was able to use something like that but beneath this fear there was excitement.

He didn't get a chance to see the beast let alone determine it bloodline grade but that roar told him this was his target.

If it could use the first order extinguishing tribulation lightning and wound him like this with a single attack then it must atleast be legendary grade.

Not to mention there was also a heaven grade golden toad and a few sky grade beast. This was a massive haul, if he could get all of their corpses, this trip would've been worth it.

He was about to jump right back when Alya appeared next to him, her body shaking from fear as she looked at where the beast probably was.

He turned his attention there as well and saw it. It was a huge four legged black scaly creature with giant feathered wings and golden eyes.

Vermillion smiled, his crazed smile slipping for a second before he collected himself. Fiery wings sprouted on his back.

Just as he was about to flap them and take off he felt an aura so powerful it shook his soul. The aura was filled with uncontrollable might and rage.

Then an angry voice of a young woman echoed across the sky. " WHO THE FUCK DARES TO BULLY THIS LADY'S LITTLE BROTHER?"

Alya did not need to be told, her vessel expanded and enveloped both of them. Before they disappeared they saw a beautiful blue skinned giant of a woman appear in the air above them.

" WHERE DO YOU THINK YOU'RE GOING?" The woman shouted and swiped a giant water palm at the two of them but they disappeared before the palm could land.

Ursela appeared next to Ved, he turned and looked at but didn't say anything. He looked around the settlement and saw the destruction.

Even though he couldn't say he was very close to those living here, he still felt sad. This was his home after all, which made them his people.

Old man Goldi and Pulse stood next to him as well looking at White who was having a hard time breathing.

Ved turned his head and looked at the distance, although he couldn't see anything but an endless sea he could tell that's where his enemies are.

A giant heart suddenly appeared next to him. Bones, flesh and blood grew around the heart creating another Ved, this was his newest trait.

' Status.'

This new trait was very special and incredibly powerful for someone obsessed with surviving like himself.

It allowed him to create avatars using his hearts. Each avatar only contained a quarter of his overall power.

From the strength of his trait to his body and will. When the avatars are merged meaning all the hearts were in one body, he could wield his full strength.

Each avatar was also his true body so he could now possess four bodies. However this wasn't all the trait did, it also allowed him to create clones. They were weaker than the Avatars.

And he needed to split a small part of his consciousness and will to control them plus they can't use any of his abilities, each clone could only use a single trait.

The trait was completely different from the hammerhead worms but it was more powerful in it own way. After the avatar was created, it took off.

Ved turned his attention to White, then a thought appeared to him. His body could heal itself, was it possible to heal others using his blood or other parts of his body? He couldn't know until he tried it.

' By Hathor's glorious bossoms, let this work.' then he cut his own wrist with his claw.
