As my old bones shattered, new grey bones began taking their place. The blood that had been forcefully splattering out of my body was replaced by a hotter, more crimson one. My skin started regenerating, and the hair on my head regrew.

"Metamorphosis of the Host's core is beginning..."
"Error!! The Host's core has already evolved."
"Merging the evolved core with the Host's body..."
"Merging successful!"
Ding...
"The real name of the 'Title' stat is revealed:
Title → Realm"
Ding...
"Host's real realm is revealed:
Realm: Ascendant → Middle Stage Ascendant"
This entire process of metamorphosis took more than a month to complete. The insufferable pain finally began to subside as the evolution came to an end.
"Pretty lady, it's finally over," I whispered.
"..."
"Pretty lady?"
"..."
"Don't tell me she couldn't stay conscious?" I thought inwardly. Anxiety took over me as I called again,
"Nymeria!!!"
"Raj, I think I'm not a human anymore," Nymeria whimpered. "I've formed a core in my dantian."
"You just scared the heck out of me," I sighed, embracing her tighter.
"Agh, you're crushing me," she nagged, trying to push me away.
"Have some respect fer yer damn seniors," Jambavan snapped. "This younger generation has no shame."
It was then that I finally opened my eyes and observed our surroundings. Nymeria and I were standing in a deep pit while the four gods looked down at us from above.
"Is a whole month not enough?" Nymeria hissed in a low voice. "How long do you intend to keep me like this?"
"Oh, there you go," I chuckled as I finally removed my hand from her back.
"Pretty lady, what do you mean by not being a human anymore?" I asked.
"I don't know how, but I have a core now," she said, her voice laced with nervousness. "Am I turning into a beast?"
"Why are you worried?" I shrugged. "You aren't the only one who formed a core."
"So you also..." She gasped, then calmed herself before speaking further. "But the strangest part is that my realm has also changed from Early-stage Awakened Sage Realm to Middle-stage Essence Realm. I've never heard of this realm before."
"Wait a minute! How do you know that your realm has changed?"
"You don't even know that?" she gasped. "That must mean you don't remember how to enter the Sea of Soulforce."
"What the heck is that? And what do you mean by remember? I've never heard of it in the first place."
"Sighs... The first time a person awakens their Soulforce, the Sea of Soulforce instantly forms inside them. It doesn't matter if you're human or beast; everyone must form it to store their Soulforce. This is also where you can learn your realm."
"Whoa, you're brilliant," I exclaimed.
"Even a child is aware of that much," she scoffed. "You're the one living under a rock."
"You speak the truth, pretty lady," I said sarcastically. "May you also enlighten this foolish mortal about the realms humans reach on their path of cultivation?"
"You are unbelievable," she sighed again before explaining. "There are a total of nine known stages that humans have managed to achieve:
Formation Realm
Spirit Adept Realm
Spirit warrior Realm
Awakened Sage Realm
True Sage Realm
Eternal Sage Realm
Demi-God Realm
True-God Realm
Divine Immortal Realm
Each of these realms has three stages: Early-stage, Middle-stage, and Late-stage. Previously, my Sea of Soulforce showed that I was in the Early-stage of the Awakened Sage Realm, but now it's changed to Late-stage Essence Realm, which doesn't even exist."
"Beasts have a different concept of realms from humans because of their cores," I said. "Then it might be possible that we've become something between a beast and a human—that's why your Sea of Soulforce created a new power system specifically for us."
"The whole Vyoman will be thrown into chaos if they learn that there's another path of cultivation," she exclaimed. But before she could speak further, a loud voice echoed from above.
"Oy, how lon' are ya two gonna stay there?" Jambavan shouted.
"Coming, coming!" I shouted back to make sure my voice reached them.
We jumped out of the pit and realized that the empty hole was actually where the Amrita water had once been stored.
"Hmm, your skin is smooth as jade," Ume said as she examined my face with her hands, then let them descend to my chest. "Your muscles have grown thicker."
"Hey, what are you—"
"Vyaghra, give me your dagger," she ordered before I could protest.
"Yes, Your Majesty," Vyaghra said, immediately drawing his dagger and offering it to Ume.
"What do you intend to do with—"
Before I could finish, she suddenly lunged forward, stabbing at my belly in a blur.
The moment the dagger hit me, I instinctively jumped backward and snapped, "Are you trying to kill me or what, Ume?"
"Body as strong as iron," she declared, pointing at the spot where she had struck.
I looked down and my eyes widened in shock as I realized I was completely unscathed. There wasn't even a mark.
"RAJ! Where did you learn that name?" Vyaghra demanded, his eyes blazing as he walked toward me.
"And as if knowing it wasn't enough, you actually dare to call Her Majesty by her true name!"
He came closer and, instead of exploding in anger, he whispered, "I'm aware that you have the right not to call us by our titles because you saved us, but Her Majesty doesn't like it when someone calls her by that name."
"I have permitted him to call me by my real name," Ume said.
"You heard her, she doesn't like it when you call... huh?" Vyaghra gasped as he processed what he had just heard.
"Haha, you should be the one to hear her," I chuckled with a proud smug.
"Y-Your Majesty, may you please repeat that again?" Vyaghra requested, still in disbelief.
"As I said, Raj has permission to call me by my real name. Also, since his body has evolved now, he can marry me without any problem," She announced, hiding her blushed face behind her hands.
Yeah, just like that, she dropped the bomb nonchalantly, completely unaware of how it was going to impact the man in question—me.
