"So they want to see what we're planning to do? It's just too bad that we know all about their actions and that they can't trick us at all." Rothchild said with a laugh.
"Forget about that. It's not as if there's anything to lose there. As long as we show that we can provide them with proper goods, they have no reason to reject us." I said in response.
"When did you become such a hardworking person? You care that much about your job?" He teased me when I said this.
The other avatars just didn't say anything as they listened with amused looks.
If anyone else was watching us, they would have thought that we were acting strange since we were just standing there without saying anything.
But this was a mental meeting that we were holding because of the Shared Senses Skill that we possessed.
"Enough of that, there's other things to care about right now." I said with a snort.
Rothchild didn't bother saying anything else to me, instead he said to Tempest and Faust, "So how is it? Can you guarantee that the goods will be able to keep flowing? We've already made the connection, so it would be a shame if we don't have the supplies."
Both of them just simply confirmed that everything would be alright.
As for the goods that Rothchild was talking about, they were the magic items that had been supplied to Gran Jurad during the trip to the Deter Kingdom.
These magic items had been partly bait, but they were also a form of advertisement.
With how many people that saw Gran Jurad use these magic items, it would be impossible to keep this matter a secret. It wouldn't take long before the news of this would spread among the higher ups of the Abel Kingdom.
Those nobles naturally would want these magic items for themselves and as the one that had supplied it in the first place, it was only natural that they would look to Rothchild to get these things for themselves.
Of course, there would be limits to who would receive these magic items.
At the same time, there was something else to worry about.
"Have you set up the channel for the demons yet?"
This question was directed at Val Zahar.
After all, it wasn't as if we could just supply the humans without supplying the demons. If that were to happen, it would cause a shift in the war between the humans and demons.
If the humans won the war this early, then it wouldn't fit the plan that we had for this world.
That was why it was necessary to bolster both sides so that it would be a fair fight between the humans and the demons. We had to make sure that one side didn't crush the other side completely or else it wouldn't fit our plan.
"It's not a problem. I've already had my subordinates prepare everything, they are just waiting for the goods to arrive. We'll be using the same channel as last time, the one that we used with the ice demons."
"Alright, then we'll prepare the goods and send them your way soon."
"Are you sure that you'll be able to make these magic items distinct enough that they won't recognize them?"
This question wasn't directed at Rothchild, but rather it was directed at Faust.
Faust and his village of necromancers were the ones that were creating the magic items after all. Even if they focused on necromancy, that didn't mean that they weren't capable of using other magic.
Since they were necromancers, it meant that they were skilled at directing mana.
With Faust's guidance, it was easy for the necromancers to create these magic items with the materials that came from Tempest's group of monsters.
There were no better materials than the ones that directly came from the monsters after all.
"It's not a problem. We'll tailor them to the attributes of the tribes you're planning to deal with. That will make it easier for others to assume that they were the ones that created them."
Val Zahar gave a sound of acknowledgement when he heard this.
"What about the elves? Do they want anything?" Rothchild suddenly asked this question to Aragon.
"Not yet. I've shown them a few of the ones that I received from Gran Jurad, but it doesn't seem like they're interested." After a pause, Aragon added, "You should know that the elves are skilled in magic themselves, so it isn't as if they need these magic items."
No one refuted this since this was a fact that we all knew.
After this silence, Aragon continued by saying, "Though a few of them were interested in the daily life magic items that I showed them. Even if the elves are skilled at magic, it isn't as if they learn daily life magic. So I think that we can use that angle to sell things to them."
"Alright, I'll start looking into it and developing them. When the time comes, it'll be up to you to introduce them to the elves." Faust replied.
Aragon just gave a single sound of agreement.
This level of conversation really has gotten much higher compared to before.
Before, we had been discussing just how to set up our different groups.
But before we knew it, we were already talking about things like the war between the humans and demons and how we would be able to control it.
The war between the humans and demons was one of the main events of this game, so it really was amazing that we had reached a level where we were able to directly influence it.
This was more than enough to show just how much we had all grown since coming to this world.
But we still hadn't reached the level where we would be able to move the world however we wanted.
"Let's all keep it up for the sake of our plan."
All of the avatars agreed when they heard me say this.
