The Lich of Glory Knight Spirit: Moving towards Krimasha!

Chapter 12: The Mission

The Latitude Sword is truly strong.

With a weapon like this, as long as it is used properly, a knight of the Silver Moon Knight Fifth Squad can withstand an entire regular human army.

The lethality is one thing, but the key is the formation, that level of ferocity can directly crush the opponent's morale, leaving them hesitant to advance.

Of course, everything comes at a price. The magic power in the magic stones can only last for ten minutes.

...

"There are a total of fifteen magic stones on the armor, why didn't they connect all the magic stones together? They only connected ten."

"You're asking me, how should I know? But, you should be thankful not all the magic stones were connected, otherwise, if all the magic stones were used up, my arrow just now would've pierced right through you."

"You're underestimating the armor too much. At this distance, even without magic, the arrow shouldn't be able to pierce the armor directly."

"I think you're underestimating me."

Under the sunset, the two of them were riding their horses back leisurely, and from a distance, they could see Matthew, exhausted like a dog.

Upon seeing Erwin and George, Matthew angrily asked, "Where did you two go? Why didn't I see you all afternoon!"

"Went to test the armor." George rolled his eyes and rode past him.

"Test the armor? Shouldn't you have taken me to test the armor too? I need to use the armor as well."

"Whose fault is it that you didn't train properly before? Now you have to make up for it. Oh, sorry, I forgot you never participated in knight training before."

"You!" Matthew was so angry his face turned green.

"Alright." Erwin could only ride his horse to Matthew's side to comfort him, "You're indeed not good enough yet, and there's nothing we can do about it. I promise, as soon as you meet the standards, I'll help you make up for all the training regarding equipment. You don't have to worry."

George had already tied his horse and was walking towards the gate.

Matthew stood watching him from behind, seething with anger yet helpless.

Before George could reach out to open the door, it already opened. Walking out was an elderly man wearing a black gentleman's suit, adorned with a white wig, followed by three young girls dressed in maid attire. The four of them respectfully bowed to George.

"Young master, welcome back."

"Who is this?" Matthew was stunned.

"I don't know either," Erwin replied.

Turning around, George smiled and introduced to Erwin, "This is my butler, Mr. Ben Sen, and a few of my maids."

"Weren't you only supposed to bring one person? You only requested one extra room," Erwin asked.

"It's supposed to be just one extra room, so I could only request one. It's not that I only wanted one room. The butler can stay here, the others can live elsewhere. They arrived yesterday, as I told you, the day after we met. I asked them to find a place first. Besides, there're more than just these four."

Just as he was speaking, a whole troop of cavalry came through the alley. Yes, a whole troop.

Leading them was a blond youth clad in green armor.

"Young master!" Dismounting hurriedly, he approached George to salute.

"This is Lance, my personal guard commander." With that, George turned his face to Lance, asking, "Where did you go?"

"We went to buy you new furniture; the butler said your bed wouldn't be comfortable to sleep on."

Stretching his neck, Matthew could see several cavalry moving furniture from the cart at the alley's entrance. There were beds, wardrobes, sofas... indeed, everything was complete.

Suddenly, Matthew was dumbfounded and complained, "What are you all doing? Living in someone else's house and changing their furniture?"

However, everyone except Erwin looked at Matthew as if he were a fool.

The butler, Ben Sen, replied with a smile, "We already discussed with Mr. Bart, and he doesn't mind. In fact, he very much welcomes us to do so. Do you have any objections?"

Upon hearing this, Matthew had no choice but to keep his mouth shut.

...

Erwin's house had completely changed, yes, completely changed, as if it had been refurbished.

Firstly, it was clean and tidy. Every corner of hygiene was thoroughly cleaned; the kitchen was no longer piled high with unwashed dishes. The grease had been fully cleaned, the curtains were drawn open, and the broken windows were repaired one by one. The dining table, which used to have three long legs and one short one requiring a wooden board, was fixed so that all four legs were of the same length.

The dining table was covered with a white tablecloth, adorned with golden candlesticks and silver cutlery. Of course, there was also a sumptuous dinner.

At this moment, the previously simple-looking living room had an unexpectedly resplendent feeling.

Erwin and Matthew were both stunned by the sight.

Sitting at the table, Bart couldn't stop laughing upon seeing Erwin return, while Cadina stood aside, feeling uneasy.

George slightly raised his hands, and several maids immediately gathered around him, helping him remove his light armor and taking away his sword.

"From today onwards, they will take care of everyone's meals and daily life, so we can focus wholeheartedly on developing the knight order. Although they are my servants, you can also command them."

As soon as George finished speaking, the butler, Ben Sen, immediately bowed gracefully to everyone, "If there's anything I can do to serve, please don't hesitate to ask."

After removing the components and the light armor, one of the maids promptly pulled out a chair for George.

George sat down, picked up a napkin, and tucked it around his neck. Then he turned his face to the still-stunned Erwin and Matthew beside him, "Sit down, aren't you going to eat dinner? They brought us the best chef available in White Castle; let's taste his handiwork. If it's good, he will be our exclusive chef from now on. After dinner, feel free to share your thoughts; this is very important as it concerns our meals in the coming time."
