Legend of Dragon Son-in-law

Chapter 1900: Reinforcements

Dorian Cook left.

Her heart felt warm.

Moon Manor was a place of trouble, and she didn't know why West Tower had come here.

They had agreed to act low-key, but upon arriving at the manor, everything was turned upside down.

Yet she knew one thing clearly.

This man was protecting her, letting her leave here, avoiding danger.

In the end, he bore everything alone.

Obviously.

Julius Reed brought her here to deliver a message.

Find out about the crafting platform and confirm Pranay Martinez once forged swords years ago; the first objective of coming to Moon Manor has been achieved.

Causing a storm at the Percival Family, creating a city-wide spectacle was his second objective.

Attracting everyone's attention will surely provoke Devlin's attack.

Sometimes, people fear being overly clever.

Devlin wanted to use Julius Reed, but Julius Reed was also using Devlin.

Everyone wants to be the sparrow, but behind the sparrow, there might be an eagle.

Without the hindering presence of Dorian Cook, Julius Reed acted more freely.

Noon.

The gate of the Percival Family was crowded with people.

Off-road vehicles, covered in mud, stopped at the entrance of Dominating Martial Arts Hall.

The door of the vehicle at the center opened, and Andrew stepped down.

Compared to months ago, he showed less arrogance and more calmness on his face.

More of it was hidden hatred within.

One battle ruined everything of his.

Now, he had resorted to bounty hunting.

"Brother Andrew, I've heard much about you." Darrell Percival quickly approached, excitedly extending his right hand.

"A pleasure." Andrew shook hands with Darrell Percival, looking around outside, and asked, "Who could make you mobilize such a force?"

Before coming, he wasn't informed.

He came hurriedly just for the money.

"See, it's him!" Darrell Percival opened his phone, showing a photo of himself with Julius Reed, "As long as you help me kill him, the money will be exact!"

"Him?" Andrew frowned slightly.

Isn't this the West Tower that commands rain on Boulevard Mountain?

When attacked by an expert back then, Andrew left overnight.

But it doesn't mean he didn't care about happenings at Boulevard Mountain.

On the platform, West Tower killed several people, earning a great reputation.

Andrew was not sure of his confidence.

But since he's here, he definitely can't leave empty-handed.

He's after money, not after risking life.

"You know him?" Darrell Percival found out that this guy was thriving on Boulevard Mountain.

Upon hearing Andrew's tone now, he felt unsettled.

"It's a minor issue, killing him is as easy as flipping my hand." Andrew waved his hand, Pendleton assassins followed him into the Percival Family.

"When to act?" Darrell Percival eagerly asked from beside.

He couldn't wait even a moment.

He immediately wanted to see West Tower dead.

"Wait." Andrew walked to the central courtyard and arranged for personnel to guard the yard.

"It looks fine, why not set up a table and chat?" Andrew stood in the courtyard, hands behind his back.

"Why not go inside?"

Darrell Percival was very puzzled, do all masters have such odd hobbies?

"Inside is not safe." Andrew pointed at the sky: "No matter what changes occur, I can detect it immediately. If inside, I'd know nothing of the outside."

After speaking, a bell appeared in his hand at an unknown time.

"Quick, set up tables and chairs, and put up an umbrella!" Darrell Percival instructed the butler.

"Bring some West Lake Tea." Andrew added, then nodded to the Pendleton assassins behind him.

Whoosh!

A dozen people rose into the air, their hands weaving red threads constantly!

These people sometimes soared, sometimes landed.

The threads they held were extremely delicate, almost imperceptible.

"What are you doing…" Darrell Percival was at a loss, what was this fancy maneuver?

"Some things you don't need to understand. You just need to know, it can save your life."

Ding!

Once the martial masters set up the courtyard table, Andrew placed the bell on it.

His right hand grasped over the air, circling the bell.

"West Tower is cunning and must be guarded against." After speaking, Andrew picked up the teapot and poured himself a cup of West Lake Tea.

It had been a while since he'd tasted such refined tea.

Darrell Percival didn't know what this meant, but Andrew's actions were truly impressive.

He dragged over a chair and sat facing Andrew.

"My men have laid a net throughout the city, but strangely, this guy seems to have vanished into thin air with no trace."

Darrell Percival was puzzled. "Oddly, the woman who accompanied him suddenly left. I think it's his plan to lure us away, so I didn't send anyone to pursue."

His men saw clearly, it was indeed a woman.

No chance the killer disguised as a woman to leave.

Moreover, targeting that woman might easily expose him.

Darrell Percival hesitated and didn't act.

He wanted to catch the big fish, needing patience.

"Haha, you truly underestimated him." Andrew poured himself another cup of tea.

Sipping it slowly.

"I haven't had much interaction with West Tower, but one thing is certain. He won't run, what he's most likely to do is come back to kill you."

Once Andrew said this, Darrell Percival's heart trembled.

If true, wouldn't he be in danger?

So, inviting Andrew was the right choice.

Rather spend a bit more money, than worry.

"Please help me with this revenge, Mr. Andrew." Darrell Percival's tone was respectful.

At this moment, relying on the City Lord was unreliable.

Surely, money could move spirits.

Except when invincible enough not to need worldly things, currency holds value.

"No matter to ask…" Andrew's words were cut short.

The bell on the table suddenly rang.

"Someone's coming." Andrew rose, looking south.

"Who?"

Darrell Percival was extremely tense, jumping up from his chair.

"I don't know." Andrew drank the tea in his cup, discarded it, and picked up a long spear from the ground. "Follow me!"

"Quick! Follow along!" Darrell Percival hurriedly led the martial masters behind him, closely following Andrew.

As soon as they left the main courtyard, the sounds of battle could be heard.

A dozen people were surrounded by the Pendleton masters in the courtyard, engaging in fierce combat.

"What's going on! Who are these people doing?" Darrell Percival was a bit dazed.

He was an honest man, never troubled others, nor had any enemies.

Then what was up with the people before him!

"Stop!"

Andrew shouted loudly.

But nobody listened.

"Boss Percival, I charge by the head. These people, do you want to handle them yourself, or shall I help you?" Andrew turned his head, looking at Darrell Percival.

"I'll do it myself!"

Darrell Percival pointed at the martial masters beside him: "Catch them!"

The martial masters rushed forward altogether.

But repeatedly, people fell into pools of blood.

Though assassins fell, Percival's martial masters died more.

The others, upon seeing this scene, retreated in fright.

More couldn't defeat fewer.

"Useless! Truly useless!" Darrell Percival gritted his teeth, folding his hands: "It's up to you, Andrew, the money is mine to pay!"
