"Are you two fighting?" Luo Chu asked with a teasing smile.

"No," Ruan Tang shook her head.

She certainly couldn't admit that she had embarrassed herself while drunk last night and Xu Lai had filmed it; that would be too humiliating. She was constantly trying to figure out how she could possibly get Xu Lai to delete the video.

After breakfast, Ruan Tang drove her two best friends to the hospital for a prenatal checkup before heading to the office.

Yiyi was equally thrilled. "Dad, you're so awesome!"

Although it wasn't the first time his daughter had praised him, Xu Lai felt light as air every single time. It made him even happier than when he had broken through from the Quasi-Emperor Realm to the Emperor Realm.

"Where to next?" Xu Lai spread his arms wide. "You guys decide!"

"Uncle Xu, can we fly to the South Sea? I heard they built a few new islands and reefs there. I want to go see them."

"Sure."

With a wave of his hand, Xu Lai directed the cloud straight toward the South Sea. For the rest of the day, Xu Lai let Qian Xiao and Yiyi do as they pleased. After all, with him around, they could go anywhere in the vast world. He even took them on a trip to Changbai Mountain, all because Yiyi had heard from her classmate Mao Dou that there were dragons in Heavenly Pool.

But the little ones were disappointed. There were no dragons in Heavenly Pool, only a Three-Headed Jiao.

Because it tried to eat the three of them on the cloud, the Three-Headed Jiao was thrashed by Xu Lai until it was black and blue, left floating unconscious on the water's surface. "Okay." Ruan Tang didn't press further, figuring Xu Lai had other arrangements.

After breakfast, he took the children to school. Then, he drove Ruan Tang to her company and left the car in the building's underground garage. After that, he teleported directly to Dongli University.

In the school medical office, Zhou Feng was at his desk, looking at something on his computer, while Liu Nanwei sat beside him, equally engrossed.

Xu Lai pushed open the door and walked in.

"See what?"
